- 30 g Smoked Paprika Powder
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- - Olive Oil
- 200 g Sour Cream
- 360G Salsa
- - Tabasco Chipotle Pepper Sauce
- - Tortilla Wraps
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, combine chipotle chili powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, lime juice, and olive oil. Mix well to create a marinade.
- 2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and coat them thoroughly. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate for at least 20 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- 3. Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Once hot, cook the marinated chicken thighs for 5-6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred. Internal temperature should reach 75°C (165°F).
- 4. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice the chicken into thin strips.
- 5. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for 1 minute on each side until pliable.
- 6. To assemble the tacos, place sliced grilled chicken on each tortilla. Top with shredded cabbage, chopped cilantro, a dollop of sour cream, and a spoonful of tomato salsa.
- 7. Serve the tacos immediately with lime wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
