Ingredients

  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 500g Good Life Raw Peanuts 500 G
  • - Chaat Masala
  • 200 g Bhel Murmura
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 1kg Pomegranate
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • - Makhanawala’S Black Salt 70 Gms
  • 50 g Asafoetida Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a pan on medium heat and add 1 tbsp oil. Once hot, add a pinch of hing and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. Stir for 10 seconds to release the aroma.
  2. 2. Add the boiled chickpeas to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder and mix well. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sautéed chickpeas, pomegranate seeds, puffed rice, roasted peanuts, chopped coriander, and finely chopped green chili.
  4. 4. Season the mixture with 1 tsp chaat masala, 1/2 tsp kala namak, and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Toss gently to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated with the spices.
  5. 5. Transfer the prepared chaat to a serving plate or bowl. Garnish with additional fresh coriander if desired and serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
