Ingredients

  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 500 g Chicken Whole
  • 500 g Moong Dal
  • 100 g Ginger
  • 10 g Oregano Seasoning
  • 500 Ml Champion Oil
  • - Coriander Powder
  • Pcs Everest Garam Masala
  • 10G Salt
  • 50G Green Chilies

Instructions

  1. 1. Pour 3 cups of water into a pan and add the chicken, washed moong dal, ginger, garlic, and 1 teaspoon of oregano seasoning. Boil the mixture on medium heat for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is tender and the lentils are fully cooked. Stir occasionally and ensure the mixture reduces until it is just about dry, with no excess liquid pooling at the bottom. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool for 15-20 minutes.
  2. 2. Once the mixture has cooled, transfer it to a food processor and grind it into a smooth paste. Ensure there are no large chunks of chicken or lentils remaining.
  3. 3. Break off approximately 1 tablespoon of the chicken-lentil paste. Wet your palms slightly to prevent sticking, then roll the paste into a round ball. Flatten the ball gently in the palm of your hand to form a patty shape. Repeat this process with the remaining mixture to form all the kebabs.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, beat the white eggs until smooth. Heat a heavy-based frying pan over low heat and add just enough Champion Oil to lightly coat the surface of the pan.
  5. 5. Dip each kebab into the beaten egg, ensuring it is evenly coated. Place 3-4 kebabs at a time into the pan and fry on low heat for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they achieve a crisp golden color. Adjust the heat as needed to avoid burning.
  6. 6. Once fried, remove the kebabs from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain any excess oil. Serve hot, garnished with a sprinkle of oregano seasoning for added flavor.
