  • 1Bunch Pudina
  • 500 g Chicken Whole
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 100 g Unsalted Butter
  • 500 g Onion

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the chicken thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Pat dry and set aside in a bowl.
  2. 2. Prepare the marinade by blending fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, ginger, garlic, and yogurt into a smooth paste. Add turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. 3. Pour the marinade over the chicken pieces and ensure each piece is evenly coated. Cover the bowl with cling wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to penetrate.
  4. 4. Preheat a grill, tandoor, or oven to medium-high heat. If using skewers, soak them in water for 15 minutes to prevent burning.
  5. 5. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers, leaving some space between each piece for even cooking.
  6. 6. Grill the chicken skewers for 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are evenly cooked and exhibit a light char. Brush some oil or butter on the kebabs during grilling for extra flavor.
  7. 7. Once cooked, remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.
