- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 g Chicken Whole
- 100 g Til
- 100 g Khus Khus
- - Dry Red Chillies
- - Grated Coconut
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Badishep Big Premium
- 100 g Dhaniya Gavran Premium
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid

- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Jeera
- 25 g Whole Black Pepper
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Heat a pan on medium flame and dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dry red chilies, black peppercorns, fennel seeds, and grated dry coconut until aromatic. Cool and grind into a fine powder.
- 2. Heat oil in a deep pan and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2-3 minutes until the raw aroma disappears.
- 3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and mushy. Then, add turmeric, red chili powder, and the prepared Kolhapuri masala powder. Sauté for 3-4 minutes to combine the flavors.
- 4. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and coat them well with the masala. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Pour in water and season with salt. Cover and cook on medium flame until the chicken is tender and the curry thickens to your desired consistency.
- 6. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice, naan, or roti.
