  • - Tomato Ketchup
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
  • 1 kg Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 l Refined Soyabean Oil
  • 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
  • 200 g Table Salt
  • - White Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Slice the cabbage into thin strips and set aside for serving later.
  2. 2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness for even cooking.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix together some maida (approximately 1 cup) with a pinch of salt and a sprinkle of white pepper.
  4. 4. Crack the eggs into another bowl and beat them until smooth.
  5. 5. Spread the Panko bread crumbs onto a plate.
  6. 6. Coat each chicken breast in the flour mixture, dip into the beaten eggs, and then coat thoroughly with Panko bread crumbs.
  7. 7. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
