- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 1 kg Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 l Refined Soyabean Oil
- 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
- 200 g Table Salt
- - White Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Slice the cabbage into thin strips and set aside for serving later.
- 2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness for even cooking.
- 3. In a bowl, mix together some maida (approximately 1 cup) with a pinch of salt and a sprinkle of white pepper.
- 4. Crack the eggs into another bowl and beat them until smooth.
- 5. Spread the Panko bread crumbs onto a plate.
- 6. Coat each chicken breast in the flour mixture, dip into the beaten eggs, and then coat thoroughly with Panko bread crumbs.
- 7. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 8. Fry the breaded chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- 9. Remove the chicken from the pan and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
