Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 g Chicken Whole
- - Fresh Cream
- 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 g Dahi
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 200 ml Ghee
- 100 g Jeera
- - Green Cardamom Powder
- 500 g Onion
- - Coriander Powder
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Tej Patta
Instructions
- 1. Marinate the chicken pieces with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 2. Heat oil and ghee in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds, bay leaves, and green cardamom. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
- 3. Add finely chopped onions and cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
- 4. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2-3 minutes until the raw smell disappears.
- 5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and blend into the onion mixture. Stir in coriander powder, garam masala, and freshly ground black pepper.
- 6. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and mix well to coat it with the spices. Cover and cook on medium heat until the chicken is tender and fully cooked through.
- 7. Pour in cream and mix well to create a creamy consistency. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- 8. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with naan, roti, or steamed rice.
