- 1Bunch Pudina
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 g Chicken Whole
- 1 kg Rice
- 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
- 190 ml White Cooking Vinegar
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
- 100 g Lemon
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the Cafreal marinade by blending coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, garam masala, vinegar, and salt into a smooth paste.
- 2. Rub the marinade generously over the chicken pieces, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- 3. Heat oil in a deep pan on medium heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook for 10 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- 4. Lower the heat and cover the pan. Allow the chicken to cook for another 15 minutes until it is tender and cooked through.
- 5. Meanwhile, prepare the rice. Wash the rice thoroughly and boil it in salted water until cooked. Drain excess water and fluff the rice with a fork.
- 6. Serve the Chicken Cafreal over a bed of fragrant rice. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and lime wedges for added flavor.
