Ingredients

  • 1Bunch Pudina
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 500 g Chicken Whole
  • 1 kg Rice
  • 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
  • 190 ml White Cooking Vinegar
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Garlic
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1 liter Sunflower Oil
  • 100 g Lemon

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the Cafreal marinade by blending coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, garam masala, vinegar, and salt into a smooth paste.
  2. 2. Rub the marinade generously over the chicken pieces, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a deep pan on medium heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook for 10 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  4. 4. Lower the heat and cover the pan. Allow the chicken to cook for another 15 minutes until it is tender and cooked through.
  5. 5. Meanwhile, prepare the rice. Wash the rice thoroughly and boil it in salted water until cooked. Drain excess water and fluff the rice with a fork.
