Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Garlic
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 500 g Chicken Whole
- 400 g Bread - Sandwich
- 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan on medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté for 2 minutes until translucent.
- 2. Add minced garlic, ginger paste, and green chilies to the pan. Sauté for another 3 minutes until aromatic.
- 3. Add ground chicken to the pan, breaking it into smaller pieces. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Season the chicken with turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes until fully cooked and spices are well combined.
- 5. Add chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice to the chicken mixture. Stir well and remove from heat. Allow the filling to cool for 5 minutes.
- 6. Cut the crust off the bread slices. Flatten each slice using a rolling pin.
- 7. Place a small portion of the chicken filling on one edge of the flattened bread. Roll tightly, sealing the edges with a dab of water to ensure the roll stays intact.
- 8. Heat oil in a deep pan for frying. Fry the rolls in batches on medium heat for 3-4 minutes per batch, until golden brown and crispy.
- 9. Drain the rolls on paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve hot with ketchup or mint chutney.
