  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a large pan or kadhai over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds until aromatic.
  2. 2. Add the finely chopped onions and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until they turn golden brown.
  3. 3. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Cook for 2 minutes until the raw aroma disappears.
  4. 4. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 7 minutes, mashing them slightly as they soften, until the mixture becomes thick and paste-like.
  5. 5. Mix in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Stir well to combine the spices with the tomato-onion mixture.
  6. 6. Add the minced chicken to the pan, breaking it up with a spoon and mixing it thoroughly with the spices. Cook for 8 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink.
  7. 7. Season with salt and stir in the fresh coriander leaves. Cook for 1 minute to blend the flavors.
