- 500 g Suji
- 500 g Sugar
- 200 ml Ghee
- 20 g Cardamom Powder

- 1. In a large mixing bowl, crumble the fresh paneer (cottage cheese) and knead it gently until smooth and lump-free.
- 2. Add semolina, sugar, and cardamom powder to the paneer. Mix thoroughly until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is uniform.
- 3. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking pan with ghee to prevent sticking.
- 4. Pour the paneer mixture into the greased baking pan, spreading it evenly. Tap the pan gently to remove air bubbles.
