- 250 g French Beans - 250 G
- 500 g Weikfield Cornstarch Amazingly Versatile Gluten Free
- 500 ml Mother Dairy Cow Milk
- 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
- 200 g Grand Masala Handmade Garam Masala
Instructions
- 1. Cook the green beans in boiling water for about 15 minutes until tender. Add salt if desired, then drain and set aside.
- 2. In a pan, heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Gradually add 4 tablespoons of cornstarch, stirring constantly to form a smooth mixture.
- 3. Slowly pour in 1 cup of milk, whisking continuously to avoid lumps. Cook until the mixture thickens into a smooth sauce.
- 4. Add 1 tablespoon of chili powder and 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala to the sauce, stirring well to combine.
- 5. Stir the sauce thoroughly until it is smooth and creamy, ensuring all ingredients are well incorporated.
- 6. Add the cooked green beans to the sauce and mix well to coat them evenly. Heat for an additional 2-3 minutes.
