  • 100 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
  • 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
  • 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
  • 80 g Urban Platter Cayenne Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a large saucepan over medium heat and add 4 tbsp sweet butter. Once melted, add 4 minced garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  2. 2. Add 2 chopped green onions and 1 tbsp chopped parsley to the pan. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes until softened.
  3. 3. Add 1 lb fresh shrimp to the pan and sprinkle with 1 tbsp lemon juice. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp turn bright pink and are fully cooked.
  4. 4. Lower the heat and pour in 1 cup heavy cream. Stir gently and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  5. 5. Meanwhile, cook 1 lb fettuccini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  6. 6. Add the cooked fettuccini pasta to the saucepan and toss to coat evenly with the creamy shrimp mixture.
  7. 7. Sprinkle 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese over the pasta and stir until melted. Adjust seasoning with salt and a pinch of cayenne pepper to taste.
  8. 8. Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
