Instructions
- 1. Cook the Daawat Rozana Super Basmati Rice according to package instructions. Set aside once cooked.
- 2. Slice the beef sirloin thinly and marinate with 2 minced garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons of Patanjali Virgin Sesame Oil, 1 tablespoon of Nilon's Soya Sauce, a pinch of Keya Table Salt, and a teaspoon of Madhur Sugar for about 15 minutes.
- 3. Heat a pan on medium-high heat and cook the marinated beef slices until browned. Remove and set aside.

- 5. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for about 1 minute, then rinse in cold water and squeeze out excess moisture. Season with a little salt and a drop of sesame oil.

- 7. Fry the eggs sunny-side up in a separate pan. Make sure the yolks remain runny.
