  • 1 kg Beef Sirloin
  • 80 g Soya Sauce
  • 200 g Table Salt
  • 325 ml Gourmet Chili Gochujang Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the Daawat Rozana Super Basmati Rice according to package instructions. Set aside once cooked.
  2. 2. Slice the beef sirloin thinly and marinate with 2 minced garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons of Patanjali Virgin Sesame Oil, 1 tablespoon of Nilon's Soya Sauce, a pinch of Keya Table Salt, and a teaspoon of Madhur Sugar for about 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat a pan on medium-high heat and cook the marinated beef slices until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4. Slice the carrot, zucchini, and mushrooms into thin strips. In the same pan, add a bit more sesame oil and saute each vegetable separately with a little salt until they are tender. Set them aside.
  5. 5. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for about 1 minute, then rinse in cold water and squeeze out excess moisture. Season with a little salt and a drop of sesame oil.
  6. 6. In the same pan, stir-fry the sprouted mung beans for 2-3 minutes with a pinch of salt. Remove from pan.
  7. 7. Fry the eggs sunny-side up in a separate pan. Make sure the yolks remain runny.
  8. 8. To assemble the bibimbap, place a portion of cooked rice in bowls. Arrange the vegetables, beef, and a spoonful of Shinsakura Gochujang Korean Hot Chili Paste on top. Add the fried egg last.
  9. 9. Serve each bowl with sesame oil drizzled over the top and mix everything together before eating. Enjoy!
