- 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- 250g Green Chilli
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 200 g Dahi
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Lemon
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat mustard oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté chopped onion and green chili until onions turn translucent.
- 2. Add chopped tomato to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it softens and forms a thick base.
- 3. Mix in turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and black pepper; stir well to combine.
- 4. Add boiled chickpeas to the pan and cook for 7-8 minutes, allowing the spices to coat the chickpeas evenly.
- 5. Transfer the chickpea mixture to serving bowls and top with plain yogurt, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
