- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 2 pcs Zucchini
- 1Bunch Pudina
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 200 g Dahi
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 250 G Chefs Art Charcoal Smoke Seasoning
- 510G American Garden Original Bbq Sauce, (510g)
- - Teriyaki Sauce
- 500 Ml Chtoura Garden Pomegranate Molasses
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, mix dahi, mint leaves, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, mustard oil, salt, black pepper powder, to form a marinade.
- 2. Add paneer cubes, bell peppers, tomatoes, and zucchini to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- 3. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Thread the marinated paneer and vegetables onto skewers, alternating the ingredients for a colorful presentation.
- 4. Place the skewers on the grill, turning occasionally, and cook for 8-10 minutes until lightly charred and cooked through.
