  • 1Bunch Pudina
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 250 G Chefs Art Charcoal Smoke Seasoning
  • 510G American Garden Original Bbq Sauce, (510g)

  • 500 Ml Chtoura Garden Pomegranate Molasses

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large bowl, mix dahi, mint leaves, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, mustard oil, salt, black pepper powder, to form a marinade.
  2. 2. Add paneer cubes, bell peppers, tomatoes, and zucchini to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
