Ingredients

  • 35 g Foodie Puppies Freeze Dried Shrimp Snack
  • 125 g White Shimeji Mushroom (Anabe)
  • 100 g D'Lecta Parmesan Extra Hard Cheese Block
  • 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 500 g shrimp, 500 g sliced mushrooms, 2 cans (about 300 ml each) condensed cream of mushroom soup, and 1 tbsp chopped spring onion. Mix well to coat all ingredients evenly.
  3. 3. Divide the mixture evenly into 5 or 6 oven-safe baking shells or ramekins, filling each with about 1 cup of the mixture.
  4. 4. Place the filled shells on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle 100 g grated parmesan cheese evenly over the tops of the shells.
  6. 6. Return the shells to the oven and bake for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
  7. 7. Serve hot as a satisfying dinner option.
