- 500 ml Amul Slim 'N' Trim Double Toned Milk
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g D'Lecta Parmesan Extra Hard Cheese Block
- 400 g Agapi Protein Greek Yogurt (Natural)
- 150 g Mooz Cream Cheese
- 70 g Wingreens Farms Tangy Cheese Baked Pita Chips With Mexican Salsa Dip
- 125 g Golden Prize Sardine In Oil With Chili
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 2 cups of milk, and 8 oz of cream cheese until smooth.
- 3. Gently fold in 6 oz of crushed pita chips, 1 lb of flaked sardines, 1/2 cup of diced green pepper, and 1/4 cup of finely chopped onion until evenly combined.
- 4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- 5. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the casserole.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
