  • 180 ml Alt Co Almond Milk
  • 120 g Indian Blueberries
  • 1 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (Packet)
  • 1 kg Supreme Harvest Iodized Salt
  • 100 g The Select Aisle Double Acting Baking Powder
  • 300 g Nutty Yogi Almond Flour (With Skin)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Spread 2 cups of fresh or frozen blueberries evenly in an 8 x 8-inch glass baking dish.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of almond flour, 1 cup of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 2 teaspoons of baking powder.
  4. 4. Gradually add 2/3 cup of almond milk to the dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
  5. 5. Pour the batter evenly over the blueberries in the baking dish, ensuring the blueberries are mostly covered.
