- 200 ml Cow Ghee
- Pcs Fortune Aata 1k
- 100 g Regular Dink
- 20 g Cardamom Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1/4 cup of ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan on low flame. Add 1/4 cup of edible gum (gond) and fry until puffed and crisp. Remove the gond and set aside.
- 2. In the same pan, add 1 cup of whole wheat flour (atta) and roast on low flame for 10-12 minutes, stirring continuously until golden brown and aromatic.
- 3. Crush the fried gond using a rolling pin or blender into small pieces and set aside.
- 4. Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1/2 tsp cardamom powder to the roasted atta. Mix well.
- 5. Add the crushed gond and stir to combine evenly.
- 6. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then shape into small laddus (round balls) using your hands. Add a few drops of melted ghee if the mixture feels dry and does not bind properly.
