Ingredients

  • 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 G Potato (500 Gm)
  • 50G Sur Cooking Soda
  • - Rice Flour
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Hing Khoda
  • 100 g Ajwain
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine besan, rice flour, hing, turmeric powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, ajwain, and salt. Mix well to mix and whisk.
