- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 50G Green Chilies
- 250 g Spinach
- 500 g Onion
- 500 G Potato (500 Gm)
- 50G Sur Cooking Soda
- - Rice Flour
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 100 g Ajwain
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine besan, rice flour, hing, turmeric powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, ajwain, and salt. Mix well to mix and whisk.
- 2. Cut the vegetables into desired sizes and set aside.
- 3. Heat cooking oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Once hot, drop small portions of the batter into the oil using a spoon or your hands.
- 4. Fry the fritters until golden brown and crisp on all sides, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking. Remove and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
