Ingredients
- 125 g Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes
- 200 g Hydroponic Sweet Bell Pepper (Cocktail)
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 500 ml Amul Slim 'N' Trim Double Toned Milk
- 430Ml Hellmanns Mayonnaise Squeeze Real
- 500 g Spt Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 2.5 Kg Austin Whole Peeled Tomato
- 1 kg Twf Bread Flour T55 - Specialised Maida
- 1 kg Tata Crystal Salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Heat 2 tbsp butter in a pan over medium heat. Add 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper and 1/2 cup finely chopped onion. Sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Stir in 1 tbsp flour and 1 tsp salt, cooking for 1 minute. Gradually add 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup mayonnaise, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- 4. Add 16 oz mixed vegetables to the pan. Mix well to combine.
- 5. Grease a casserole dish with butter and transfer the mixture into it. Arrange wedges of 2 tomatoes on top.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the top is slightly browned.
- 7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your Asian-style vegetable bake!
