Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 6 pcs Licious Brown Eggs
- 200 g Pork Passion Smoked Pork Sausage
- 48 x 250 ml Bisleri Packaged Water - Pack Of 48
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. In a 1-quart casserole, add 1 3/4 cups water and bring it to a boil.
- 2. Stir in 1 1/2 cups of Sambar Onion, cover, and set aside for 10 minutes to allow the Sambar Onion to absorb the water.
- 3. In a skillet, cook the smoked pork sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
- 4. In the same skillet, cook 4 lean pork chops until fully cooked and golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- 5. Add 1/4 cup chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent, about 2 minutes.
- 6. Push the onions to one side of the skillet and scramble 2 eggs in the remaining space until fully cooked.
- 7. Combine the cooked Sambar Onion, onions, scrambled eggs, and 3 tablespoons of soy sauce in the skillet. Stir well to mix all ingredients evenly.
- 8. Slice the cooked smoked pork sausage and sprinkle it over the Sambar Onion mixture. Place the cooked pork chops on top.
- 9. Cover the skillet and let it cook on low heat for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- 10. Serve the pork chops with the Sambar Onion mixture as a complete dinner.
