Ingredients

  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 1 Kg Sarwarpanko Breadcrumbs
  • 500ml Lee Kum Kee Light Soy Sauce
  • 30 g Smoked Paprika Powder
  • 100 g Garlic
  • - Worcestershire Sauce
  • - Mustard Paste
  • 50 g Black Pepper
  • 100 g Salt
  • - Tomato Ketchup

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined but do not overwork the mixture.
  3. 3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into individual meatloaves. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each loaf.
  4. 4. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the ketchup, soy sauce, and a splash of water. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the glaze is smooth and slightly thickened.
  5. 5. Brush the glaze generously over each meatloaf, reserving some glaze for later.
  6. 6. Bake the meatloaves in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Halfway through cooking (at the 12-minute mark), brush more of the reserved glaze over the meatloaves for extra flavor and shine.
  7. 7. Check the internal temperature of the meatloaves with a meat thermometer; they should reach 74°C (165°F) when fully cooked. If needed, bake for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  8. 8. Remove the meatloaves from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. Pair with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a fresh green salad.
