Ingredients

  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • loose Ginger
  • 500 g Onion
  • 1 kg Potato
  • 100 Ml Govind Ghee
  • 1 l Refined Soyabean Oil
  • 200 g Table Salt
  • 100 g Amchur Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • Pcs Ajwain 50g

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes until they're soft, peel them, and then mash them in a bowl.
  2. 2. Finely chop the green chilli, onion, ginger, and coriander leaves.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, mix the mashed potatoes with chopped onion, green chilli, ginger, and coriander leaves.
  4. 4. Add to the mixture the amchur powder, dnv ajwain, dnv cumin powder, everest garam masala, everest powder - coriander, everest powder - kutilal red chilli, and zoff fennel seeds.
  5. 5. Mix all the spices with the mashed potatoes thoroughly, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  6. 6. In a large bowl, mix samrat wheat flour with a pinch of salt and some water, knead it into a smooth dough.
  7. 7. Pinch a small ball of dough, roll it into a small circle, place a portion of the potato mixture in the center, and fold the dough to cover the filling.
  8. 8. Gently roll the stuffed dough into a flat, round shape using a rolling pin.
  9. 9. Heat a skillet or tawa, place the rolled paratha on it, and cook on both sides until golden brown, using govind cow ghee to oil the surface as needed.
