- 250 g Cucumber
- 300 g Brown Bread Ladi Pav
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 200 g Dahi
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 100 g Salt
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 50G Cajun Seasoning (50g)
- - Chicken Breast
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken into thick slices and coat each slice evenly with Cajun spice mix, hing, and 1 tbsp oil. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- 2. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Place the chicken slices in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway for even crispiness.
- 3. Mix plain yogurt with mint chutney, lemon juice, and salt to create a creamy mint spread. Set aside.
- 4. Slice the burger buns horizontally and lightly toast them on a pan until golden brown.
- 5. Assemble the sandwich by spreading the mint yogurt mixture on the base of each bun. Add shredded cabbage, sliced tomatoes, and cucumbers.
- 6. Place the crispy air-fried chicken slices on top of the vegetables and drizzle with swicy sauce for a sweet and spicy kick.
