Ingredients

  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 2 pcs Zucchini
  • 1 Kg Sarwarpanko Breadcrumbs
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 250 g Veg Mayonnaise Eggless
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 500 g Refined Flour
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F) for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Cut the zucchini into thin strips, ensuring they're uniform for even cooking.
  3. 3. Prepare three separate bowls: one with all-purpose flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin powder, and garam masala.
  4. 4. Coat each zucchini strip in flour, dip it into the beaten eggs, and then roll it in the seasoned breadcrumb mixture until fully covered.
  5. 5. Arrange the coated zucchini strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook at 200°C (390°F) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. 6. While the fries are air-frying, prepare the garlic aioli by mixing mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Stir well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  7. 7. Once the zucchini fries are cooked, transfer them to a serving plate and garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
  8. 8. Serve the fries hot with the garlic aioli on the side for dipping.
