- 100 g Garlic
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 500 g Refined Flour
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F) for 5 minutes.
- 2. Cut the zucchini into thin strips, ensuring they're uniform for even cooking.
- 3. Prepare three separate bowls: one with all-purpose flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin powder, and garam masala.
- 4. Coat each zucchini strip in flour, dip it into the beaten eggs, and then roll it in the seasoned breadcrumb mixture until fully covered.
- 5. Arrange the coated zucchini strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook at 200°C (390°F) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- 6. While the fries are air-frying, prepare the garlic aioli by mixing mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Stir well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 7. Once the zucchini fries are cooked, transfer them to a serving plate and garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
- 8. Serve the fries hot with the garlic aioli on the side for dipping.
