Ingredients
- 500 g Pluckk Organic Hybrid Tomatoes
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 100 g Fresh Green Jalapeno
- 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
- 500 ml American Garden Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Chop 4 cups of tomatoes, 2 cups of green peppers, and 1 cup of hot peppers into small pieces.
- 2. Finely dice 3/4 cup of onion and mince 2 cloves of garlic.
- 3. In a large saucepan, combine the tomatoes, green peppers, hot peppers, onion, garlic, 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt, and 1 1/2 cups of cider vinegar.
- 4. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- 6. Carefully pour the hot salsa into sterilized jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace at the top.
- 7. Seal the jars with lids and process them in a boiling water bath for 30 minutes to ensure proper preservation.
- 8. Allow the jars to cool completely before storing. Serve as a dip, topping, or side dish for a delicious vegetarian dinner.
