Ingredients

  • 500 g Pluckk Organic Hybrid Tomatoes
  • 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 100 g Fresh Green Jalapeno
  • 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
  • 500 ml American Garden Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

  1. 1. Chop 4 cups of tomatoes, 2 cups of green peppers, and 1 cup of hot peppers into small pieces.
  2. 2. Finely dice 3/4 cup of onion and mince 2 cloves of garlic.
  3. 3. In a large saucepan, combine the tomatoes, green peppers, hot peppers, onion, garlic, 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt, and 1 1/2 cups of cider vinegar.
  4. 4. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
  6. 6. Carefully pour the hot salsa into sterilized jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace at the top.
