- 525 g Veeba Herby Tomato Pizza & Pasta Sauce
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
- 670Ml Winn Vinegar
- 5 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (5 Kg)
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
- 290ml Lea And Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
- 43 g Japanese Choice Wasabi Paste
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of tomato sauce and 1/2 cup of vinegar. Stir well to blend.
- 2. Add 1/4 cup of sugar to the mixture and stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
- 3. Finely crush 1 clove of garlic and add it to the bowl along with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, and 6 tablespoons of wasabi paste.
- 4. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until the sauce is smooth and well combined.
- 5. Transfer the sauce to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
