- 1 Kg Spinach/Palak (Approx 1 Kg)
- 1 pack Mushrooms Button
- - QUINOA SEED 250GM

- 1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under cold water to remove bitterness and set aside.
- 2. Bring 300ml of water to a boil in a pot, add the quinoa, and simmer for 15 minutes until fluffy.
- 3. Wash and chop the spinach, mushrooms, onion, tomato, and coriander leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan; add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 5. Add chopped onions and garlic to the pan, sauté until golden and fragrant.
- 6. Stir in the tomatoes and cook for 4-5 minutes until softened, forming a light base.
- 7. Add ginger powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and white pepper, mixing well.
