Ingredients

  • 100 g Curry Leaves
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • - Chicken Breast
  • 500 g Curd
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 500 Ml Champion Oil
  • 200 g Table Salt
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 500 g Onion
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 80 g Soya Chunks
  • - Tomato Ketchup
  • 100 g Garlic
  • loose Ginger
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Salt
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil the soya chunks in salted water for 5 minutes and squeeze out excess water.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped garlic, ginger, and green chili until aromatic.
  3. 3. Add finely chopped onion and cook until translucent, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Mix in diced tomato and cook until soft and combined into a thick paste.
  5. 5. Stir in cumin, turmeric, and coriander powders, ensuring the spices coat the mix evenly.
  6. 6. Add the boiled soya chunks and cook for 5 minutes, allowing them to absorb the flavors.
  7. 7. Toss in washed spinach leaves and cook until wilted, maintaining the vibrant green color.
  8. 8. Season with salt and a drizzle of lemon juice, mixing well before removing from heat.
  9. 9. Warm the whole wheat flatbreads on a skillet and spread the soya-spinach mixture evenly onto them.
  10. 10. Roll each flatbread tightly into a wrap and slice diagonally for serving.
