Ingredients
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- - Chicken Breast
- 500 g Curd
- 100 g Lemon
- 500 Ml Champion Oil
- 200 g Table Salt
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 500 g Onion
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 80 g Soya Chunks
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 250g Green Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Salt
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
Instructions
- 1. Boil the soya chunks in salted water for 5 minutes and squeeze out excess water.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped garlic, ginger, and green chili until aromatic.
- 3. Add finely chopped onion and cook until translucent, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Mix in diced tomato and cook until soft and combined into a thick paste.
- 5. Stir in cumin, turmeric, and coriander powders, ensuring the spices coat the mix evenly.
- 6. Add the boiled soya chunks and cook for 5 minutes, allowing them to absorb the flavors.
- 7. Toss in washed spinach leaves and cook until wilted, maintaining the vibrant green color.
- 8. Season with salt and a drizzle of lemon juice, mixing well before removing from heat.
- 9. Warm the whole wheat flatbreads on a skillet and spread the soya-spinach mixture evenly onto them.
- 10. Roll each flatbread tightly into a wrap and slice diagonally for serving.
