Ingredients
- Pcs Everest Rajma Masala 50g
- 100 g Quinoa
- 500 g Onion
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Rice Flour
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
Instructions
- 1. Soak the rajma overnight and pressure cook until soft, then drain and mash lightly.
- 2. Cook the quinoa in 1.5 times water until fluffy and let it cool completely.
- 3. Finely chop the onion, green chilies, garlic, ginger, and coriander leaves.
- 4. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed rajma, cooked quinoa, chopped vegetables, spices, and rice flour.
- 5. Mix well to form a dough-like consistency and adjust seasoning with salt.
- 6. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round patties.
- 7. Heat oil on a tawa or skillet and cook the patties on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
- 8. While the patties cook, blend yogurt, mint leaves, and lemon juice into a smooth dip.
- 9. Transfer the cooked patties to a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess oil.
- 10. Serve the warm patties with the tangy yogurt-mint dip on the side.
