  • 100 G Trs Ground Cumin Jeera Powder
  • 100G Trs Chilli Powder 100G
  • 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
  • - Ktc Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken thighs with lime juice, yogurt, garlic, ginger, turmeric, cumin, red chili powder, and salt for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then soak it for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan and sauté the cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, cloves, and bay leaf until aromatic.
  4. 4. Add the sliced onions to the pan and cook until golden brown and slightly caramelized.
  5. 5. Stir in the marinated chicken and cook on medium heat until the chicken is browned and partially cooked.
