- 50G Mill & Mortar Organic Ground Turmeric, 50G
- 100 G Trs Ground Cumin Jeera Powder
- 100G Trs Chilli Powder 100G
- 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G

Instructions
- 1. Marinate the chicken thighs with lime juice, yogurt, garlic, ginger, turmeric, cumin, red chili powder, and salt for 20 minutes.
- 2. Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then soak it for 15 minutes.
- 3. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan and sauté the cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, cloves, and bay leaf until aromatic.
- 4. Add the sliced onions to the pan and cook until golden brown and slightly caramelized.
- 5. Stir in the marinated chicken and cook on medium heat until the chicken is browned and partially cooked.
- 6. Drain the soaked rice and layer it evenly over the chicken mixture in the pan.
- 7. Add water to the pan and bring it to a gentle boil, ensuring the rice is fully submerged.
- 8. Cover the pan with a tight-fitting lid and reduce the heat to low; cook for 20 minutes without lifting the lid.
