  • 500 g Whole Farm Premium Quinoa Seeds
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 10G Snapin Mixed Herbs
  • 200 g Diet Tofu Soya Tofu
  • - PARACHUTE COCONUT OIL 100ML
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • 1 kg Beetroot
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
  • - Nescafe Gold Blend Cap Colombia Fruity & Delicate Coffee 95g
  • 25 g Whole Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water and cook it in double the amount of water until fluffy, approximately 15 minutes.
  2. 2. While the quinoa cooks, dice the tofu into bite-sized cubes and set aside.
  3. 3. Heat coconut oil in a large skillet or air fryer on medium heat, then add minced garlic and freshly grated turmeric. Sauté until aromatic.
