- 500 g Whole Farm Premium Quinoa Seeds
- 100 g Lemon
- 10G Snapin Mixed Herbs
- 200 g Diet Tofu Soya Tofu
- - PARACHUTE COCONUT OIL 100ML
- 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
- 1 kg Beetroot
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
- - Nescafe Gold Blend Cap Colombia Fruity & Delicate Coffee 95g
- 25 g Whole Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water and cook it in double the amount of water until fluffy, approximately 15 minutes.
- 2. While the quinoa cooks, dice the tofu into bite-sized cubes and set aside.
- 3. Heat coconut oil in a large skillet or air fryer on medium heat, then add minced garlic and freshly grated turmeric. Sauté until aromatic.
- 4. Add the diced tofu to the skillet and stir-fry for 5 minutes until golden and slightly crispy.
