- - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
- 100 g Dabur Honey
- 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 25 g Whole Black Pepper
- 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
- 100 g Lemon
- 10G Snapin Mixed Herbs
Instructions
- 1. Clean and pat dry the chicken thighs, then place them in a mixing bowl.
- 2. Prepare the marinade by combining lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, 2 crushed garlic cloves, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- 3. Pour the marinade over the chicken and coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- 4. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with olive oil.
- 5. Grill the marinated chicken thighs for 6-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown.
- 6. While the chicken cooks, finely chop the remaining garlic cloves and spring onions.
- 7. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and sauté the chopped garlic until fragrant and lightly golden.
- 8. Add the cooked rice to the pan, season with a pinch of salt, and stir well to combine.
- 9. Toss in the chopped spring onions and stir for another minute before removing the rice from heat.
- 10. Serve the grilled chicken over the garlic rice and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
