  • - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • - Rock Salt
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • - KATDARE BLACK PEPPER POWDER 12GM
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the fish fillets under running water and pat them dry with a clean towel.
  2. 2. Marinate the fish with lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, and rock salt for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for 30 seconds.
  4. 4. Thinly slice the onion and sauté it in the pan until golden brown and aromatic.
  5. 5. Gently place the marinated fish fillets into the pan and sear on medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Add black pepper powder and a splash of water to create a light sauce; simmer for 5 minutes.
