- 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- - Garlic Powder
- - Ginger Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 200G Mix Lonche (200g)
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 100 g Lemon
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water and soak it for 15 minutes.
- 2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and marinate with lemon juice, garlic powder, ginger powder, and salt.
- 3. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat and sauté the marinated chicken until golden brown.
- 4. Add the Suvarna Dal Makhani Spice Mix and Fresh Turmeric to the chicken, stirring well to coat evenly.
- 5. Drain the soaked rice and add it to the pan along with the chicken mixture.
- 6. Pour water into the pan and bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and cover with a lid.
- 7. Cook for 15 minutes or until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed.
- 8. In a separate pan, steam the Frozen Mixed Vegetables until tender but still vibrant.
