- - Blep Lamb Broth For Cats & Dogs
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 500 g Onion
- 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- loose Ginger
- 50 g White Pepper Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 15 minutes.
- 2. Heat oil in a large pan and add cumin seeds until they splutter.
- 3. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and green chilies, and sauté them in the pan until golden brown.
- 4. Add lamb mince to the pan and cook on medium heat until it turns brown and releases its juices.
- 5. Add chopped tomatoes, ginger powder, white pepper, and salt, stirring well to combine.
- 6. Grate fresh turmeric and mix it into the lamb mixture for a vibrant yellow hue and earthy flavor.
- 7. Pour in 200 ml of water and let the keema simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
- 8. In a separate pot, heat oil and add soaked rice along with 200 ml of water and a pinch of salt.
- 9. Cook the rice on low heat until all the water is absorbed and the rice is fluffy and infused with turmeric flavor.
- 10. Chop coriander leaves and garnish the lamb keema and turmeric rice before serving.
- 11. Serve the lamb keema alongside the turmeric rice for a balanced and aromatic meal.
