  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 9 g On1Y Parsley Leaves
  • 100 g Asparagus
  • 1 Ltr Sarwar Salad Oil
  • 500 ml Colavita White Wine Vinegar
  • 370 G Covinordijon Mustard Paste
  • 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
  • 290ml Lea And Perrins Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup salad oil, 1/3 cup lemon juice, 1/2 cup wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons mustard, 3/4 cup soy sauce, 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped parsley.
  2. 2. Whisk the mixture thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. 3. Pour the marinade into a jar or airtight container and shake well to emulsify.
  4. 4. Prepare your choice of vegetables, such as asparagus, by cutting them into even pieces.
  5. 5. Place the asparagus in a large bowl or resealable bag and pour the marinade over them, ensuring all pieces are coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes or up to 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  6. 6. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the asparagus from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off, and place them on the grill.
  7. 7. Grill the asparagus for 2-4 minutes per side, or until tender and slightly charred.
  8. 8. Serve the grilled vegetables warm as a main dish or side, garnished with additional fresh parsley if desired.
