- 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
- 250 g Cucumber
- 140 g Peri Peri Chickpeas
- - Baby Tomatoes
- - Tortilla Wraps
- 200 g Table Salt
- 100 g Baking Powder
- 500 g White Tahini Paste
- 500 Ml Champion Oil
- 500G Maida (Refined Flour)
- 100 g Garlic
- 25G Fisherman'S Friend Sugar Free Mouth Freshener - Lemon (25g)
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1 kg Rice
- 250g Green Chilli
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Wash the fish fillets thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Prepare a marinade with turmeric, chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt.
- 3. Rub the marinade evenly over the fish fillets and let them sit for 15 minutes.
- 4. Heat oil in a grilling pan and cook the fish on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
- 5. Meanwhile, rinse the rice thoroughly and boil it in water until cooked. Drain excess water and set aside.
- 6. Heat oil in a separate pan and add mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
- 7. Add curry leaves and slit green chilies to the pan. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- 8. Mix in the cooked rice along with lemon zest and chopped coriander leaves.
- 9. Stir the rice gently to combine all flavors, ensuring it remains fluffy.
- 10. Plate the grilled fish alongside the lemon rice, garnished with fresh coriander.
