- 100 g Lemon
- 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S
- 250 g Jasmine Rice
- 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
- - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
- 100 g Dabur Honey
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- - KATDARE BLACK PEPPER POWDER 12GM
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fish fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- 2. Grate the ginger and mince the garlic finely, then mix both in a small bowl.
- 3. Prepare the marinade by combining lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, salt, and black pepper powder in the bowl with the ginger and garlic.
- 4. Rub the marinade generously over the fish fillets and let them sit for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- 5. Wash the jasmine rice thoroughly until the water runs clear, then cook it in a pot with 1.5 times its water volume over medium heat.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes while the rice is cooking.
- 7. Brush the preheated air fryer basket with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
