Ingredients

  • 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 300 g Ginger Paste
  • - Garlic Paste
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 250g Green Chilli

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the fish fillets thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt to prepare the marinade.
  3. 3. Coat the fish fillets evenly with the marinade and refrigerate for 20 minutes for deeper flavor absorption.
  4. 4. While the fish marinates, rinse millet thoroughly and cook it in a saucepan with 240 ml of water and a pinch of salt until tender.
  5. 5. Heat vegetable oil in a grill pan over medium heat, and grill the marinated fish fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  6. 6. In a separate saucepan, heat coconut milk and mix it with cooked millet, adding green chilies and chopped coriander for a fragrant finish.
  7. 7. Plate the spiced millet on a serving dish and place the grilled fish tikka on top.
  8. 8. Garnish with extra coriander leaves and serve warm.
