Ingredients
- 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- - Garlic Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100 g Salt
- - Coriander Powder
- 250g Green Chilli
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fish fillets thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- 2. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt to prepare the marinade.
- 3. Coat the fish fillets evenly with the marinade and refrigerate for 20 minutes for deeper flavor absorption.
- 4. While the fish marinates, rinse millet thoroughly and cook it in a saucepan with 240 ml of water and a pinch of salt until tender.
- 5. Heat vegetable oil in a grill pan over medium heat, and grill the marinated fish fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- 6. In a separate saucepan, heat coconut milk and mix it with cooked millet, adding green chilies and chopped coriander for a fragrant finish.
- 7. Plate the spiced millet on a serving dish and place the grilled fish tikka on top.
- 8. Garnish with extra coriander leaves and serve warm.
