Ingredients
- 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 100g Greek Yogurt
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
- 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
- - Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix 50g Pouch
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the boneless fish fillets into bite-sized pieces and set them aside.
- 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix, turmeric, chili powder, and salt.
- 3. Marinate the fish pieces in this mixture for 20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- 4. Meanwhile, prepare the rice flour dough by combining rice flour, water, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- 5. Roll out the dough into small flatbreads using a rolling pin on a floured surface.
- 6. Heat a flat pan and lightly oil it, then cook the flatbreads for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown spots appear.
- 7. Heat a grill pan or skillet, and drizzle the vegetable oil over it.
- 8. Place the marinated fish pieces on the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- 9. Garnish the cooked fish tikka with chopped coriander leaves for added freshness.
