- 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 400 g Curd
- 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Wash and pat dry the fish fillets, then cut them into bite-sized chunks.
- 2. In a bowl, mix hung curd, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, mustard oil, and salt to create a marinade.
- 3. Coat the fish chunks evenly with the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-covered, and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- 4. Sprinkle rice flour over the marinated fish chunks to create a light coating for extra crispiness.
- 5. Thread the marinated fish onto skewers, ensuring the pieces are spaced evenly for uniform cooking.
- 6. Heat a grill pan or tawa over medium heat and brush it lightly with oil to prevent sticking.
- 7. Place the skewers on the heated pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until the fish is golden and slightly charred.
