Ingredients
- 25G Fisherman'S Friend Sugar Free Mouth Freshener - Lemon (25g)
- 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Salt
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Cut the fish fillets into bite-sized cubes and pat them dry using a kitchen towel.
- 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, mustard oil, lemon juice, and salt.
- 3. Add the fish cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- 4. Soak wooden skewers in water to prevent them from burning during grilling.
- 5. Preheat a grill pan or oven to medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
- 6. Thread the marinated fish cubes onto the skewers, leaving a small gap between each piece.
- 7. Place the skewers on the grill pan or oven rack, ensuring the fish does not touch the surface directly.
- 8. Cook the fish for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
- 9. Garnish the fish tikka bites with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
- 10. Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges for an extra zesty kick.
