Ingredients

  • 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S
  • 1 kg Rice
  • 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • loose Ginger
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the fish fillets thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Cook rice by boiling it with water until tender, then set it aside to keep warm.
  3. 3. Chop the onions, tomatoes, garlic, and ginger finely and keep them ready.
  4. 4. Heat cooking oil in a pan and sauté the onions until they turn golden brown.
  5. 5. Add the garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant and lightly browned.
