  • 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
  • 100g Greek Yogurt
  • 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
  • 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes, ensuring uniform pieces for even cooking.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, and salt to create a thick marinade.
