- 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
- 100g Greek Yogurt
- 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
- 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
Instructions
- 1. Wash and cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes, ensuring uniform pieces for even cooking.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, lemon juice, and salt to create a thick marinade.
- 3. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix thoroughly, ensuring each piece is coated. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- 4. Preheat a grill pan or tandoor to medium heat and grease it lightly with vegetable oil.
