  • 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
  • Pcs Epi Yogurt Strawbery
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • Pcs Everest Chaat Masala 12g
  • medium Chilli Green Long

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Add yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, and lemon juice to the chicken.
  3. 3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly to coat the chicken evenly, then marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the marinated chicken pieces.
  5. 5. Cook the chicken for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked through.
  6. 6. While the chicken cooks, finely chop the onion, tomato, cucumber, coriander leaves, and green chilies.
  7. 7. Once the chicken is cooked, transfer it to a large mixing bowl and let it cool slightly.
