Ingredients
- 300 g Nutrich Chicken Breast Boneless
- 1 pack (450 g) Amul Curd Pouch
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
- 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- - KATDARE BLACK PEPPER POWDER 12GM
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
Instructions
- 1. Wash and pat dry the chicken breast, then cut it into small bite-sized pieces.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, prepare the marinade by combining hung curd, lemon juice, ginger paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt.
- 3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- 4. Meanwhile, prepare the mint chutney by blending fresh mint leaves, coriander leaves, garlic cloves, lemon juice, salt, and a splash of water until smooth.
- 5. Preheat a grill pan or tawa and brush it with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
- 6. Place the marinated chicken pieces onto the grill pan, cooking each side for 4-5 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- 7. While grilling, occasionally brush the chicken with oil to keep it moist and enhance flavor.
- 8. Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
- 9. Serve the zesty chicken tikka bites hot with the tangy mint chutney on the side.
