  • 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
  • 250 g French Beans
  • 500 g Onion
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and rinse the basmati rice thoroughly, then soak it in water for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and marinate with turmeric, chili powder, and salt for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds until aromatic, then add finely chopped ginger and garlic.
  4. 4. Add sliced onions to the pan and cook until golden brown before adding the marinated chicken.
  5. 5. Stir and cook the chicken on medium heat until fully done, about 10 minutes.
  6. 6. In a separate pot, boil the soaked rice with 300ml water and a pinch of salt until fluffy, then drain excess water.
